If you have questions about SHIPPING RATES OR RETURN POLICY, please refer to "SHIPPING" AND "STORE POLICY" SECTIONS below. If you need to ask about sizing, please send us a detailed email with items you are interested in and what size you want us to measure. It would also help to know the age of the child and what size the child wears on average. We usually respond within an hour.

Please take a moment to read our store policies and get answers to frequently asked questions. We do appreciate your business, however we are not able to make any exceptions to our store policy. Please make sure to read below. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect any kind of fraud, please make sure you enter correct billing address while placing the order. Thank you!

ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO A WEEK FROM PURCHASE DATE FOR A RECEIPT. IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS SOONER PLEASE EMAIL US.

ORDER OPTIONS & SALES TAX.

Our orders are processed through Prestostore servers through the internet. We can also accept ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS via EMAIL. We do not share your credit card information or personal data with anybody! We do not charge sales tax on clothing & accessories.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.

Once the order was placed it can not be cancelled AS WE PROCESS PAYMENTS RIGHT AWAY AND INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT. If you feel that you made a mistake, please email us right away and we will be happy to issue a store credit or do an exchange for another item of equal value. IF YOU STILL FEEL THAT YOU MUST CANCEL ORDER ENTIRELY, THERE WILL BE A 10% CANCELLATION FEE FOR INSTOCK MERCHANDISE. Cancelled PRE-ORDERS will be charged 25% cancellation fee. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. Please email us for measurements or sizing and we will be happy to help you. 

FULL PRICE, IN STOCK MERCHANDISE, UNDER $250 ( NOT PREORDERS OR SPECIAL ORDERS) can be returned for a refund or a store credit, as long as they are returned within 10 days of receipt. There are no returns allowed for swimwear or hosiery. Christening, Boy's Suits, Special Occasion Dresses, Communion dresses and headpieces, may be returned for store credit or exchange only! NOTE: RETURNS OVER $250 WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT ON THE AMOUNT BEYOND $250. EXAMPLE: IF YOUR RETURN IS $300, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $250 AND A $50 STORE CREDIT. 

PRE-ORDERS, SALE & PROMOTIONAL Merchandise, returned within 2 weeks of receipt, will be issued a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGED for another item of equal or larger value. No refunds will be given on sale merchandise or pre-orders. Anything purchased below retail value is considered "SALE". ITEMS DISCOUNTED BY 50% OR MORE ARE CONSIDERED "FINAL SALE"

Holiday & Seasonal apparel like Christmas & Halloween, will not be accepted for returns 7 days before and any time after the Holidays. Special Occasion & Party Dresses will not be accepted for returns after 14 days of receipt due to seasonal nature of Business.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 10 days of receipt will be ISSUED A STORE CREDIT AT CURRENT SELLING PRICE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS AT OUR DISCRETION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECIPT. ANY MERCHANDISE RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. 

Items must be returned in ORIGINAL packaging in brand new condition with tags still attached to ensure store credit, an exchange or return. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR DAMAGES BEFORE REMOVING ANY TAGS. MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Shipping fees are non refundable and return & exchange shipping is your responsibility. If you received a promotional free shipping and are exchanging items, you will be responsible for second shipping charge.

SHIPPING TERMS. 

If you returned entire purchase for a refund, entire actual shipping amount will be deducted from your credit amount. If you send back a partial order, shipping cost will be prorated and deducted from your credit amount.

However, if you choose a store credit or an exchange, the original shipping cost will not be deducted from your store credit amount. 

STORE CREDIT.

To redeem STORE CREDIT please place a new order and mention your credit in comments section. You will still have to enter your credit card to place an order, however your card will only be charged the difference, if any.

STORE CREDIT REDEMPTIONS CAN NOT BE COMBINED WITH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AS STORE CREDIT IS CONSIDERED "A PREVIOUS PURCHASE"

STORE CREDIT FROM PRE-ORDERS MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RETURN, STORE CREDIT FROM REGULAR IN STOCK ITEMS MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RETURN. 

We do not require return authorization #, but please make sure to read out return policy before returning anything. Items that do not comply with our policy will be shipped back. You will receive our address with your shipment for returns. We are not able to put our address on the invoice!

REFUNDS

Full priced merchandise received within 10 days of receipt will be refunded back to your credit card within 3 weeks of receipt. Please note that we do not confirm receipt of returned merchandise due to large volume of returns. Please make sure your package has a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If you do not receive your refund within 4 weeks of shipment, please email us with your order number and date when it was shipped back.

Giabellachildrensboutiquecom ships via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery. All items will ship within 2-3 business days of order but please allow 6 to 10 days for receipt of your package. This time frame allows us to process, package and mail your item. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accomodate you!

IMPORTANT: We cannot be responisible for packages once they leave our hands, if postal service fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.
